in town - part 2

A new bridge and plenty of new houses are being built.
In future this scenery will look a lot different.

    I hate seeing greenspace being taken over by housing & roads. I hope your pretty waterfront doesn't change too much.

      I agree with you, but in this case I think it's an improvement. The land seen in pictures has been in a terrible state and they are repairing the mistakes they've made decades ago. Bicyclists in this town really need more paths cross the river. Luckily the bridge is going to be motor-free. So on this side, where I took the pictures, a lovely park will stay untouched :)
